Demi Moore: Filing Her Own Divorce Papers

She’s taken her split with husband Ashton Kutcher particularly hard, and now Demi Moore is ready to fight back.

The “Ghost” actress plans on submitting her own divorce papers this week, three months after her “Butterfly Effect” ex filed his.

And the goal of the whole ordeal is for Moore to snag some serious cash from Kutcher, as he hasn’t cooperated in negotiations thus far.

An insider told press, "Ashton made a lot of money after marrying Demi -- a lot more than she made -- but despite him becoming just as famous through her, he believes he doesn't owe her that much."

"Demi is definitely ready to move on. It's hoped lawyers for both sides can reach a settlement this spring, otherwise the divorce will go into litigation and trial."
